Simple trick to JLo’s incredible abs

Jennifer Lopez has one of the most famous six-packs in the world.

Now the 49-year-old mum has revealed exactly how she gets them so poppin’ in a selfie that flaunts her incredible muscles.

The mum-of-four told her 85 million Instagram fans that she’d recently given up sugar and carbs and as a result was “feeling a lil better”.

Revealing she was four days into a ten day challenge, she then gave fans a glimpse of her new sugar-free diet on her Stories.

On the menu was as Asian bowl, comprising of cauliflower fried rice, seared tuna, shaved brussel sprouts, yellow pepper, avocado and cucumber.

While the meal looked delicious, all eyes were on Jennifer’s stunning physique.

Clearly impressed with her results, the I’m Real singer posed in front of a mirror wearing a pale blue sports bra and multi-coloured yoga pants.

Her sportstar partner Alex Rodriguez has joined the singer on the strict 10-day challenge too, with both adhering to the intense lifestyle.

It sure is paying off.

Earlier in the day she was snapped leaving a fitness studio in the ensemble, where she’d been working out during her challenge.

Fans were quick to praise her efforts, with one saying she looked like “a whole snack”.

“If I knew that I was going to look EXACTLY like you, then giving up carbs and sugar will be worth it,” one Instagram follower exclaimed.

Another said: “You’re my idol and inspiration!”

Others complimented her self-control, admitting it would be hard to avoid sugar and carbs.

“I don’t know if I have that kind of self control girl I love my carbs,” one person said.

“I was on board then had a stressful day and blew it! 3 slices pizza! But it’s OK … second act lol, starting again tomorrow,” another said.

She’s no stranger to having an incredibly sculpted physique.

In July 2018 she celebrated her 49th birthday in a skimpy black bikini with all her friends and family.

Just days after the Jenny From The Block singer posted a snap of her reclining on a beach looking just as fabulous.

Back in 2016, JLo revealed she never skips a workout.

“I am 100 per cent convinced that working out is part of what makes me so happy,” she told Hello!

She really is the ultimate in fitness goals.
