    Anyone listened to Lady Gaga’s new album Chromatica yet? That was a rhetorical question, ’cause of course you have. Which brings us to “Fun Tonight,” a song fans are convinced is about Gaga’s ex Christian Carino. Some particularly sus lyrics?

    “You love the paparazzi, love the fame / Even though it causes me pain” and “I feel like I’m in a prison hell / Stick my hands through the steel bars and yell.”

    I mean..if fans say it’s about Christian, it must be about Christian. But for the record, Gaga talked about the song to Apple Music’s Zane Lowe and said, “I get choked up because I can’t tell you how many nights that people that really love me were trying to get me to smile or laugh or be optimistic, and I just had no ability to be happy. It just wasn’t there. But then I write this music and I would listen back and I’d go, ‘Why is that so fun? Why is that so happy?’”

    As a reminder, Christian and Gaga got engaged in October 2018, and then called things off in February 2019 around the same time when Gaga was lurking in the shallow with Bradley Cooper.
