Another reason you may feel sick may be due to having an immune system disorder that affects your body’s ability to protect you against infection and disease. It can also overreact to infection as well, making us feel sick as well. The ways you can help this is by eating a good diet, exercising, avoiding stress, and getting a lot of sleep.
3) Sleep
Are you getting enough sleep? It may the cause of you getting a cold everytime winter rolls around. Sleep deprivation is real! It can cause irritability, difficulty processing thoughts, drowsiness, anxiety, and depression. It can also cause diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, and a weakened immune system.
