Miley Cyrus Is Now Out Here Rapping About Nicki Minaj and Cardi B’s Feud

By | May 27, 2019
  • Miley debuted three new songs at a music festival this weekend, and one song references the feud between Nicki Minaj and Cardi B.
  • If you’re wonder whose side Miley took, she’s team Cardi.

While 2019 has many juicy celebs feuds to choose from, including the Kardashians versus Jordyn Woods/Tristan Thompson, James Charles versus Tati Westbrook, and Prince Harry versus Prince William, Miley Cyrus would like to take us all back to September 2018, when Cardi B threw a shoe at Nicki Minaj at a NYFW party and started a pretty epic beef.

Miley is coming out with new music (apparently her and Liam’s plans to have “maybe 20” children are on hold, lol), and she debuted three new songs on Saturday when she performed at the BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend music festival in England. One of these new songs is entitled “Cattitude,” and in it Miley references Cardi and Nicki’s feud, rapping, “I love you Nicki, but I listen to Cardi.”

Sadly, the song isn’t out yet on Spotify/iTunes/etc., but luckily someone posted a snippet of the rap to Twitter, cause superfans are a resourceful people:

You may recall that way back in 2015 Miley and Nicki had their own squabble when Miley made some remarks about Nicki to the New York Times, saying that she was “not very polite” (among other things), and then Nicki called out Miley at the VMAs, calling her “this bitch who had a lot to say about me the other day in the press. Miley, what’s good?”

Anyways, Miley and Nicki have made up since then, and it seems like Miley is just having some fun with her new music. Fans have been spoofing Miley’s line, and Miley has been having a blast retweeting and coming up with alt takes on the rap:
